The Sub-meter & Panel Control Unit is a four-circuit load/generation monitor and control unit to be installed in the main electric panel to monitor and control up to four different home circuits at the breaker level after the electricity meter. Electricity consumption or production for all the monitored circuits is acquired every 5 minutes and stored for 2 months.
Each circuit can be remotely controlled and switched on and off individually. The power data and the sockets status and their relays are accessible and actionable through the home network over a Wi-Fi interface. When used with local generation units such as photovoltaic solar panels, the sub-meter power control unit functions as a monitor for the energy being generated.
